Open eyes.
What time is it?
Well, it's light out.
But i couldn't tell.
This sure ain't no day of mine.
So we rode through the streets on to the other side,
where the grass is upposed to be greener but,
I wouldn't hold my breath.
We're behind.
And there in lies the problem oh were racing to catch up.
Every time we get to there it's seconds late.
Let's pick up the pace.
Or let it go.
If only we were playing tic tac toe.
Why don't you have a look at this thing i found.
It's like a bunch of sticks and leaves but it holds together.
I'm gonna wear it like a hat it
Never mind about the grass.
It's pretty nice here,
i'm just gonna sit down.
This place makes me think of a sandy beach.
Let's pick up the pace.
Or let it go.
If only we were playing tic tac toe.
Can we just sit down and play some tic tac toe?

It will remain on my mind,

Swept from under the rug i think its giving me the same look.

Coffee sips in morning, yeah sometimes it gets the best of me,
But ill stalk it till it runs until its beating the buzzer quickly.
The devil is filling up inside, crept behind your eyes.
Who else it could be i'm thinking that it maybe.
Like the time is pretty cyclical and i'm caught inside.

Dragonflies

All these things that i thought were important,
slipped down the wings of dragonfly.
They transformed the sky into screen so that i could
watch a story that they made the pictures to.
aaah
Hold up in the station
still got far
but I ran into the place that
i had been before
when they never had the same stop
that they did
so I just ran and dipped back
into the train car,
this place is like a station
and my guard
apparently is let down
because i'm far
good thing they keep those ledges railed
so no fool
could guess there was cockpit
and get done.
Theres so many of those bright lights
in the air,
almost got pulled from my seat,
close call,
things can change in seconds,
scratch off the list,
all the things i planned for
slipped through
the cracks just like passenger
who fell down,
my mind wanders to something
i'd forgot:
The patterns of a dragonfly
they get blurred
but then
so does the whole thing
when it streaks by
i'd probably seen a thousand
before dawn, no,
i'm not talking bullshit
there numbers gained,
and started to collect up
into groups.
I'd seen it in the school fish
they joined thoughts,
and let me see this movie
while they flew.
They told me that when you die
you turn in,
into a young one,
in the pond
and climb out into sunlight
to join them.
They said it was the first step,
and then you locate every lone soul
to tell them
the movie so that they see.
All these things that i thought were important,
slipped down the wings of dragonfly.

Come on, does it feel right?
Oh it doesn't remind now.
I saw a kind of smile that made all the difference with a full stop.
I'm riding night,
above the birds in numbers its the soul of a thousand lights.
Now you can feel its course,
underneath these moonbeams

I've seen this space,
its not a lie, its not a place, but a feeling because,
you've soaked in all the things,
you could have brought into your head.
Its getting late, i can feel it,
but i don't mind the company.
This feels like walking miles into a dessert when it starts to rain.

It's not easy but its worth a try.

From where i see,
there's so much that was known.
Probably lost or won't be found.
All kinds of passing byes, and conversation.
It's not written down.
it's not written in stone.
Take that dent you left on the chair,
Throw it in a pocket,
leave it there.
Example cause and effective,
i'd think so.
But i'm dying to know if i'm correct me if i'm wrong.
Like patterns that we make,
make the next day.
A Word on a bus after one of us had said.
It's happened to you so tell me.
Theres a pattern of strange events.
But then if there messages for us,
would we se them?

Crack open the top, i've heard again.
This sound that speaks of a coming age.
We're half way there.
If ever time i saw you in something i closed my eyes,
i'd spend my days walking blind.
But i'm seeing part way there,
I'm' seeing part way there.
As my eyelids raise they let in more light.
All the colours of the spectrum shine so neat wouldn't you agree oh yes?
Welcome to the distance.
I'm just walking the first steps.
i find them lost beneath.
But theres more ,
i won't come back.
I head there now,
its something forgiven by my mind oh my.
And i part into more distance and a voice calls out
"there might be rain"
I might return with a colour that is sacred.
This walk is safer than before.
I like the way it feels.
My colouring.
We're making difference.
When theres a call and an answer.
Were part way there
I'm seeing part way there.
